You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must immediately notify s9game support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. s9game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to enhance security. s9game support will never ask for your password.

Anti-Money Laundering: s9game is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Attempting to use s9game accounts for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and mandatory reporting to competent authorities.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach, s9game will return any Real Money Balance to your registered payment method after completing any required final verification procedures. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement entirely. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Sportsbook Rules (all available on the s9game website), constitute the entire agreement between you and s9game with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
